I know my cons seem longer than my pros but this is a great start to a chrome replacement and once the cons are fixed I’ll be switching from chrome entirely. But needs work.
Before this browser was released, I was waiting at least a year for a usable opera browser on IOS, as opera mini is way outdated and no longer supported. After the release trailer came out for this browser I was so excited! As I heard someone say before, “the only flaw to opera browser on PC is there is no browser on IOS”. This is so true for people like me, who need easy transfer going back and forth from a computer and an iPhone. With all that said, this is a fairly new browser that has some cool features, but it really is missing a lot of features.
I’d just like to see features added that opera PC has, especially to make the transfer even more seamless. Such as bookmarks, speed dial, password manager, etc. Spartan Mook117, Fantastic! But needs work.

Such as bookmarks, speed dial, password manager, etc. Ended User, WHAT WIZARDRY IS BEHIND THIS TOUCHY SWIPE THINGY? Good app for the kind of adventurous user that likes to get thrown into an app and left to figure out what Witchery is behind it all. Actually I have no idea who would like this. Personally, this pretty much sums up my UX so far: awkward. Im guessing this app was made by a wizard, voodoo priest, or tarot card deck that makes the app work rather than having boring AI run things.
There’s no comprehensive onboarding so you are left with an app that centered on touch and swipe actions without a clue as to what you touch and swipe to make stuff do things. The concept of the whole touch based navigation widget is cumbersome! You REALLY gotta push and hold in order to use the thing. You can’t even customize it. In fact you can’t customize ANYTHING.
No interface settings. You’re stuck. With this awkward button press thingy widget, a “homepage” of your most visited web page icons that you cannot alter, and a mysterious “My Flow” function, which questionably syncs your data somehow to your other chosen device. I’m giving this app 8 more hours to live on my iPhone and then I’m giving it back up to the mysterious forces of. Ended User, WHAT WIZARDRY IS BEHIND THIS TOUCHY SWIPE THINGY?
